The RESTAURANT OF LE COURS is situated at the ground floor of the Hotel and has two dining rooms and a veranda. The restaurant offers regional specialties of fish and meat, such as the famous bull chops of the Camargue.  A La Carte and different menus are available; six menus offer  three dishes and the seventh last menu offers four dishes with fish and meat. The menu has been translated to English, German and Italian and offers a wide range of specialities prepared by Gérard PEYROL.

Depending on the season and depending on your choice, breakfast will be served in one of the dining rooms or out on the terrace. You can enjoy a country breakfast buffet, with various quality products. We are used to serving breakfast from 7 AM TO 10 AM, offering you pastries, fresh dairy products, cereals, fresh fruit, cooked meats, fruit juices and hot drinks.
